  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
  • You will provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Telehealth Services

Telehealth services are provided in partnership with OpenLoop Telehealth, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  • While Alorah Wellness facilitates your connection to care, all clinical consultations, diagnoses, labs, and prescriptions are conducted and provided by OpenLoop Telehealth
  • Telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions
  • Providers may determine that in-person care is necessary
  • There are limitations compared to traditional in-person visits
  • Communicate new treatment plans and diagnoses with your primary care physician

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse or interfere with the functionality of the website or platform

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


Prescriptions & Pharmacy

If prescribed, medications may be fulfilled through partner pharmacies and shipped directly to your home.

You understand and agree that:

  • Providers determine whether a prescription is appropriate
  • Medications are dispensed through contracted pharmacy partners
  • You are responsible for all costs associated with your care and prescriptions

Payments & Billing

By using our Services, you agree to the following:

  • All fees will be disclosed prior to purchase
  • Payments may be processed on a recurring basis where applicable
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change
  • If the provider determines you are not eligible for the services paid for, a refund will be issued.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next shipment of medication to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.

OpenLoop billing operates on a 28-day cycle, meaning charges are processed every 28 days.

To cancel your subscription, please visit your Patient Portal and follow the cancellation instructions.

Cancellations made after your next shipment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Refund Policy for pre-paid 12 & 24 week GLP Programs:

For our 12-week and 24-week GLP programs, we offer significant discounts for services and medications purchased upfront. Due to this discounted rate:

  • Non-Refundable Terms: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused months or portions of the program purchased upfront.
  • Future Renewals: Upon cancellation, all future automated renewals and medication shipments will be terminated immediately.
  • Prepaid Access: Any remaining prepaid portion of your program will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or responses to treatment.

Individual results may vary based on medical history, compliance, and other factors.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alorah Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Notice Regarding Confidentiality & HIPAA: Please be aware that Alorah Wellness is not a “covered entity” as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Alorah Wellness does not have access to, nor does it store, your confidential clinical patient records or health information shared during your consultations or documented by your provider.

All clinical data is maintained exclusively by our third-party medical partners in accordance with their own privacy practices and HIPAA obligations. Any information you provide directly to Alorah Wellness is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable state privacy laws.

Our Services may include links to third-party platforms or services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.


Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
