Compounded medications are customized formulations prepared to meet individual treatment needs. They are made by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and may be prescribed under federal law, but they are not FDA-approved or reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing.

Sign-Up Process

After completing checkout, your information is reviewed by a board-certified clinician to determine next steps.

Depending on your health needs, you may be scheduled for a live consultation, with same-day and next-day availability offered seven days a week.

If treatment is prescribed, your medication is processed and shipped directly to you with tracking provided within 2 business days.

Each shipment includes a 4-week supply, along with ongoing access to our care team and clinicians for support.

Billing

Flexible monthly plans: Your membership operates on a month-to-month basis with no minimum commitments. This allows you to make changes or cancel whenever it fits your needs.

Recurring billing: Payments are processed automatically every 28 days, so you don’t have to manage manual payments. This helps maintain uninterrupted access to your treatment and care.

No long commitments: There are no long-term contracts required to participate. You have the freedom to continue or stop your membership at any time.

Simple cancellation process: You can cancel your membership through your patient portal. Please note that once a prescription has been issued, refunds are not available.

Refill Process

Step One: Complete Your Refill Form
Log into your patient portal and fill out the refill form to begin the process. Refills cannot be processed without a completed form, so it’s important to submit it as soon as you’re notified. You’ll receive reminders by email and text when it’s time to complete your refill.

Step Two: Refill Eligibility Notification
You will be notified when your refill form becomes available in your portal. For injectable medications, the form is typically available after your third dose, depending on your treatment schedule.
